Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided it meets the criteria outlined below.

Exceptions:

• Digital content (such as online courses, downloadable guides, and eBooks): Refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless the content is faulty or not as described (in line with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

• Services (e.g., doula support, consultations): If the service has already been performed (even partially) within the 14-day withdrawal period and with your prior consent, you may be charged for the portion of the service already delivered.

• Customized or perishable items (e.g., herbal blends): These are non-refundable.

• Include: Order number, product/service, reason for cancellation (optional).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation to your original payment method.
