The ceremony lasts around 2h30, and includes: 🐚 Lots of talk; 🐚 Massage to release tensions and memories of childbirth; 🐚 Herbal bath, or v-steaming; 🐚 Closure of the body with the rebozo; 🐚 Meditation.
